Paid Ads & Full Funnel Designer

About the role

Skylink is looking for a Paid Ads & Full Funnel Designer to own the entire paid‑media funnel—from ad creation to lead delivery in Salesforce. This part‑time, 10‑hour‑per‑week contract role works closely with the CEO and sales team to turn every paid dollar into a qualified conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated LinkedIn and Meta recommendations each Monday and apply approved changes the same day.
• Build and test end‑to‑end funnels: landing pages, thank‑you pages, forms, CRM wiring, UTMs and tracking pixels.
• Manage budgets, create data‑driven budget models and present proposals to the CEO.
• Set up and optimize retargeting audiences, ensuring converted leads are excluded.
• Monitor weekly conversion metrics, MQLs and cost‑per‑MQL, and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on B2B paid‑media experience, especially LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven ability to run campaigns on a fixed review rhythm with written notes.
• Experience building full‑funnel workflows and testing the complete conversion chain.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and pushing back with data‑driven arguments.
