Shopper Supervisor

About the role

The Shopper Supervisor leads the shopper team in assigned stores, ensuring service quality and productivity standards are met. This hybrid position bridges store operations with regional management, using data‑driven insights to optimise shifts and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the shopper team across designated stores.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with service and productivity standards.
• Manage performance KPIs and operational analytics using Google Data Studio and BigQuery.
• Act as the primary liaison between store operations and the regional team, handling deviations and escalations.
• Support administrative and commercial processes, including onboarding and development of new hires.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading operational teams in retail, mass‑consumption, logistics or quick‑commerce environments.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL/BigQuery and Google Data Studio.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a flexible schedule aligned to operational demand.
