About the role
We are seeking a responsible EV Fleet Supervisor to manage electric vehicle operations, ensure fleet efficiency, and support sustainable last‑mile delivery services. The role focuses on overseeing the performance of an electric vehicle fleet, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining high standards of reliability and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor EV fleet performance and daily deployment to ensure optimal utilization.
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to align schedules and address issues promptly.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and charging schedules are adhered to for reliability.
- Track route efficiency and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain fleet‑related documentation accurately and up to date.
