Senior Project Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and software projects for Coforge. The role is fully remote and serves clients across LATAM, requiring strong coordination between business, technology and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, quality and business objectives.
• Define project roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate project tracking, follow‑up meetings and status reporting with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, timelines and overall delivery performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and status updates for key stakeholders.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and operational efficiency.
• Apply appropriate project‑management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑8 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software projects.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end technology project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Project‑management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – preferred.
• Project planning, risk, budget and resource management.
