Remote Project Manager

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and manage project budgets.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
