Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead remote technology projects for global clients. You will guide cross‑functional teams through the full development lifecycle, turning client requirements into effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies.
• Validate feasibility, allocate equipment and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Ensure team compliance with established processes.
• Implement process improvements throughout the project.
• Monitor progress and control activities.
• Maintain customer and team satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Web services, and data persistence.
• Advanced understanding of algorithms and system design.
• Basic grasp of IT infrastructure.
• Experience developing real‑world application modules.
• Background in unit testing and version control tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.
