Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead remote technology projects for BairesDev’s global clients. You will guide cross‑functional teams through the full development lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with client requirements and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create project forecasts and define budgets, resources, and equipment.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Ensure teams follow established processes and implement necessary changes.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, having completed at least one full development cycle.
• Strong ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
