Senior Integration Engineer (Connectors & APIs)

About the role

At Coforge we are hiring a Senior Integration Engineer focused on connectors and APIs. The role involves designing and building the connector layer between AI agent front‑ends and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the connector layer between AI agent front ends and enterprise systems.
• Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and Microsoft Graph or Copilot connectors where required.
• Design and implement APIs supporting the connector layer.
• Configure Azure API Management, including products, policies, throttling, and authentication.
• Integrate data sources and systems of record behind the connector layer.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Entra ID, including on‑behalf‑of flows.
• Build and support multi‑step end‑to‑end workflows, including state management and error handling.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to contribute to technical design decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in integration or backend engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C#/.NET; Python is a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and authentication patterns.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Azure API Management, including policy authoring.
• Experience implementing Entra ID, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Experience integrating with systems of record or line‑of‑business platforms.
• Experience with Azure Container Apps and Azure Functions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong working proficiency in English.
