Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design, evaluate, and document AI‑powered workflows that deliver measurable productivity gains across the organization. This remote contract position will work closely with enterprise stakeholders to embed generative AI tools into existing business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise‑grade AI‑driven workflows.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation using platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, and Codex.
• Architect cross‑platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability.
• Integrate AI systems with knowledge‑management, collaboration, and business‑process platforms.
• Support AI adoption initiatives, providing change‑management guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using a data‑driven, systems‑thinking approach.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and impact reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with a proven record of using generative AI to improve productivity.
• Demonstrated success designing and deploying AI‑powered workflow automations at scale.
• Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business‑process optimization, and enterprise knowledge‑management systems.
• Experience driving AI adoption and enablement across cross‑functional teams.
• Background in enterprise change‑management initiatives focused on digital transformation.
• Excellent systems‑thinking skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.
