About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects.

• Identify, assess and mitigate risks while handling change requests.
• Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior project managers and share best practices.
• Communicate status updates to senior leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of risk and change management processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic familiarity with IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Excellent English communication skills.
