SDET Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SDET Engineer to manage and oversee the testing process across functional, hybrid, and automation QA initiatives. The candidate will develop comprehensive test plans, create detailed test cases, and execute both manual and automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, publish, and monitor QA and test plans for each development phase.
• Plan resources and schedules for functional and performance testing activities.
• Select and maintain the QA and testing tool‑kit.
• Track, report, and drive improvement of quality assurance metrics.
• Lead and evaluate the performance of QA team members, identifying training needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve defects and uphold quality standards.
• Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing QA processes and test teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and report defects.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with development, product, and operations teams.
