Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our automotive retail team in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. You will be responsible for generating new business, guiding customers through the purchase process and closing sales of new vehicles while representing a global automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through visits, meetings and other outreach methods.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle models, financing options and promotional offers.
• Collect and process all required documentation to complete vehicle sales.
• Close deals in accordance with company policies and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product specifications, pricing and payment plans to maximize conversion.
• Follow up on leads and execute tasks assigned by the New Vehicles Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in automotive or retail.
• Proven ability to build and manage a new client portfolio.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using social media for outreach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
