Rental Manager – Rent Manager Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rental Manager who is an expert in the Rent Manager ecosystem. The role focuses on advanced system administration, workflow optimisation, and comprehensive property‑management operations for residential portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property, tenant, owner, lease, and unit records within Rent Manager.
• Execute day‑to‑day property‑management workflows, including charges, payments, and account updates.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, vendor relationships, and related operational tasks.
• Generate, review, and interpret Rent Manager reports for financial and operational tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and owner statements.
• Configure system workflows, settings, templates, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot routine Rent Manager issues and propose workflow enhancements.
• Coordinate data exchange between Rent Manager and other accounting, CRM, or communication platforms.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience using Rent Manager (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of residential property‑management processes and the Rent Manager ecosystem.
• Experience with tenant, lease, property, owner, maintenance, and accounting workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and workflow issues independently.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Bilingual ability (preferred).
