Property Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Boring Ventures is seeking a part‑time remote Property Maintenance Coordinator to join the electrical division. You will be the central point for scheduling service appointments, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations for property‑related maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process work orders from customers.
• Enter job details into the internal system.
• Coordinate technician schedules based on availability and priority.
• Communicate with tenants to arrange service appointments.
• Source and order parts from suppliers as needed.
• Track job progress and provide updates to customers and the team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in service coordination or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
