Remote Appointment Setter (Full-time)

About the role

In this role you will make a high volume of outbound calls to union members and veterans, following a scripted dialogue to schedule appointments for policy updates, reviews, and benefit adjustments. You will use dialer software, report daily progress, and communicate with your manager via Slack or WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to existing lead batches using dialer software.
• Deliver a precise script explaining policy updates and benefits.
• Schedule near‑term appointments on the manager’s calendar.
• Handle objections politely and assertively to de‑escalate friction.
• Report lead quality, calendar availability, and shift adjustments daily.
• Communicate directly with your manager via Slack or WhatsApp.

Required profile

• C2 English level with clear, low‑accent pronunciation.
• High coachability and ability to follow scripts and protocols precisely.
• Assertive yet polite communication tone.
• Availability to work 11:00 AM‑3:00 PM EST, Monday‑Friday.
• Basic comfort with web‑based software.

Required skills

• Dialer software (Pixie/KIXie).
• Slack or WhatsApp for communication.
• Shared calendar for scheduling.
