Paid Media Specialist – Meta, Google & TikTok

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Build audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalikes.
• Execute creative, copy and landing page A/B tests and monitor budgets to maximize ROAS.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze performance, deliver actionable insights and partner with creative and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands and managing performance budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and fluent English communication.
