Paid Media Specialist – Meta, Google & TikTok

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Build audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalikes.
• Execute creative, copy and landing‑page A/B tests.
• Monitor budgets and maximise ROAS.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Analyse performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years recent experience managing paid media for U.S.‑based companies.
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing performance budgets and optimising ROAS, CPA and CAC.
• Excellent analytical skills and English communication.
