HR Generalist – Strategic People Partner

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Generalist to act as a key liaison between Human Resources and business units. You will drive people strategies that support our organizational goals while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
• Manage payroll processes (mandatory).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
