About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to combine solid administrative management with a strong people focus. The role ensures compliance with labor processes while contributing to a culture of respect, closeness, and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Manage labor administration and interactions with regulatory entities.
• Enhance employee experience and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Oversee talent management, including recruitment, selection, training, organizational development, and performance evaluations.
• Administer payroll and related HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in payroll administration and talent‑management processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proactive, organized, accountable, and service‑oriented.
