Full-stack Python AI Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑stack Python AI Engineer to own end‑to‑end features of an enterprise AI assistant that serves thousands of employees. The role combines backend development with regular frontend work, focusing on agent behavior validation and production‑grade AI systems. You will have the opportunity to grow from senior to principal level within a remote, globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and supporting API services.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces within an established design system.
• Validate agent behavior against evaluation sets rather than spot checks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Python (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• Experience integrating LLMs and RAG pipelines in production using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Working proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
