Evening Guest Communication Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Evening Guest Communication Associate to join our Operations – Guest Communication team. Working remotely from Thursday to Sunday, you will be the primary point of contact for guests during evening hours, ensuring every interaction reflects our 5‑star hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to guest messages on Airbnb, VRBO, OwnerRez, Google Voice, and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide warm, professional guidance on check‑in, house rules, amenities, local recommendations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot common issues (lockouts, Wi‑Fi, minor maintenance) and follow SOPs for escalation of urgent matters.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve evening‑time guest requests.
• Document all interactions, incidents, and follow‑ups in Teams/Notion for seamless handoff to the daytime team.
• Track open issues, support light administrative tasks, and flag recurring friction points for process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Experience using Airbnb, VRBO, OwnerRez platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Voice, Microsoft Teams, and Notion for documentation.

• Full‑time remote position (40 hours/week) with a consistent schedule (3 PM–1 AM CST).
• Compensation of $750 per month, paid bi‑weekly via ACH.
