Ejecutivo/a de Marketing – Creación de Contenido y Análisis Digital

About the role

Garden Buildings is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to lead the brand’s digital presence. The role combines content creation, community management, and performance analysis to drive prospect conversion and support commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute the editorial calendar for all digital channels.
• Produce and edit dynamic audiovisual material for social platforms (Reels, TikToks, static posts, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison with the community, handling direct messages, comments and inquiries with a conversion‑focused tone.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators, optimizing digital campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve budget efficiency.
• Provide strategic support to the Commercial Management team by preparing presentations, promotional material and ensuring alignment between digital communication and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital advertising.
• Excellent writing skills with flawless spelling.
• Strong visual sense and ability to maintain a corporate aesthetic.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and proactive.
