DevOps Engineer (Azure & On-Premise) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on Azure‑based and on‑premise projects. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, scale, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters on Azure and on‑premise environments.
• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Manage cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including networking, storage, and security.
• Support on‑premise data‑center operations, virtualization (OpenStack, QEMU, Hyper‑V) and physical hardware.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Zabbix, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack.
• Ensure security hardening, integrate SIEM tools and vulnerability scanners into pipelines.
• Plan disaster recovery, configure automated backups, and maintain data‑store health (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Ceph, NFS, S3).

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record with production Kubernetes and Azure cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑premise infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
