Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate English Trainer to deliver virtual English training to adult professionals across various CEFR levels. The role focuses on improving speaking, listening, vocabulary, pronunciation and functional language skills to enhance workplace communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual English training sessions tailored to participants’ proficiency, technical roles and professional needs.
• Design and facilitate simulations, role‑plays, presentations, demos and technical communication activities that mirror real workplace scenarios.
• Provide structured feedback on language proficiency, clarity, organization and delivery.
• Conduct or support CEFR‑aligned speaking and listening assessments.
• Identify learning gaps and recommend development activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of English and professional communication learning initiatives.
• Develop or adapt training materials for technical and leadership audiences.
• Track participation, engagement, progress and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, Linguistics, Education, Modern Languages, Communication or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher).
• Proven experience facilitating learner‑centered training for adult professionals.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and learner‑centered methodologies.
• Knowledge of CEFR and CEFR‑aligned assessment criteria.
• Experience delivering virtual learning sessions.

Required skills

• Ability to adapt learning experiences to different proficiency levels and professional contexts.
• Strong organization and learner progress‑tracking skills.
