Contact Center Operator – Remote (La Paz)

About the role

This remote position supports the bank’s customers by delivering accurate information and effective solutions through multiple communication channels. The role is based in La Paz but can be performed from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information and handle requests related to the bank’s products and services via established contact channels.
• Contact customers for telemarketing campaigns, quality control, and collection activities, keeping them informed about offerings and meeting internal requirements.
• Record complaints and claims to ensure proper follow‑up for financial consumers.

Required profile

• Graduate or licentiate in administrative, commercial, financial or humanities fields.
• Previous experience in customer‑service roles is desirable.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Ability to provide personal guarantors: one with a payroll receipt and one with real‑estate ownership.
