Business Development Manager Support

About the role

The Business Development Manager Support will lead and motivate a group of independent Directors, driving growth of their businesses through genealogy development and strengthening Yanbal's brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Advise independent entrepreneurs on planning, organization, and business management to achieve their goals.
• Develop personal, managerial, and digital skills of Directors, fostering empowerment and growth.
• Support Directors in expanding their genealogies, enhancing retention and sales network expansion.
• Analyze regional opportunities and design coverage strategies to meet the annual business plan.
• Monitor commercial indicators, track goal achievement, and evaluate sales team performance.
• Promote Yanbal’s mystique and values among assigned Directors.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Communications or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or field sales roles.
• Background as Sales Executive, Representative, Supervisor, Coordinator or similar with direct field management responsibility.
• Proven track record of monitoring commercial indicators, meeting targets, and managing sales teams.
• Experience in direct sales, mass‑consumption, or retail environments.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work frequently in the field and travel to other cities or provinces as needed.
• Strong communication, planning, influence, and results‑orientation.
