Booking Coordinator Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Booking Coordinator Specialist to assist clients with reservation inquiries, options, confirmations and ongoing service needs. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering a positive, professional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests, gathering information about needs and preferences.
• Research available options and services, assist with reservations, confirmations and any changes or special requests.
• Provide accurate information and timely updates, review reservation details and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow up on outstanding requests and communicate with service providers when needed.
• Uphold professional customer service standards throughout all interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and reliable follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality or related fields is helpful but not required.
