Travel Product Development & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Travel Product Development & Partnerships Specialist to create compelling travel packages, expand our supplier network, and forge strategic partnerships. You will work remotely from Latin America, collaborating closely with our Operations and Business Development teams to drive growth for Batista DMC and Land Airline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop Formula 1 and other event packages, experiences, and group programs, bringing each product to market with defined suppliers, costs, pricing, margins, and terms.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with hotels, restaurants, venues, guides, operators, and chauffeur service providers to improve rates, availability, payment terms, and cancellation conditions, documenting all agreements.
• Research and engage relevant consortia, travel agency networks, B2B platforms, and portals, working with Business Development to activate these channels and generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel product development and supplier contracting at a DMC, inbound operator, or tour operator, with examples of products and agreements you can present.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to negotiate, lead meetings, and draft proposals and agreements independently.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, sound commercial judgment, ability to work independently, and strong follow‑through.
• Knowledge of U.S. destinations and suppliers, experience with group and incentive travel, and familiarity with distribution partnerships are a plus.
