Appointment Setter – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing team that manufactures and installs nanoparticle coatings for exterior surfaces. This remote, full‑time position focuses on managing inbound leads, scheduling sales appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for both prospects and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads within five minutes of their request.
• Engage prospects in a consultative, low‑pressure manner to uncover their needs.
• Schedule virtual or in‑person appointments for the sales team.
• Answer product and service questions professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Ensure all required paperwork and follow‑ups are delivered promptly.
• Keep the CRM data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Identify workflow issues early and suggest improvements.
• Provide daily activity and lead status reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English with a clear accent.
• Comfortable learning new software and working independently.
• High energy, bubbly personality, and strong phone confidence.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level is a plus).
• Familiarity with Google Meet and Zoom for virtual meetings.
