About the role

The Branch Legal Analyst will support the Sub‑Manager of Legal and the National Legal Management in a banking environment. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents related to credit operations, guarantees, and corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and endorse various contracts as instructed by the Sub‑Manager Legal.
• Review and analyze legal documents for real guarantees on credit operations, issuing detailed legal reports.
• Validate guarantee registrations and produce disbursement reports ensuring proper credit contract and guarantee recording.
• Generate legal opinions on corporate documentation, title studies, and legal representation of client companies.
• Assist in property transfer documentation to guarantee compliance with buyer obligations.
• Interact with public authorities (municipal, departmental, tax, supervisory bodies) to complete required legal procedures.
• Prepare inheritance and succession reports for deceased account holders.
• Draft cancellation minutes for settled guarantees and return original documents to clients.
• Support the Sub‑Manager in judicial processes, coordinate with external counsel, and monitor case progress.
• Review external counsel submissions in the bank’s judicial tracking system and ensure data updates.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura) in Legal Sciences, Derecho, or related fields.
• Professional license to practice law.
• Experience in banking or financial‑institution legal departments is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret legal documents and guarantee structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish.
