Internal Lawyer – La Paz / El Alto

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Lawyer to join our legal team in La Paz and El Alto. You will be responsible for managing judicial cases related to credit enforcement and ensuring compliance with banking and civil regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned judicial cases concerning credit enforcement.
• Oversee the judicial portfolio and coordinate litigation processes.
• Handle administrative‑legal interactions with public entities.
• Ensure compliance with financial and banking regulations, including ASFI standards.

Required profile

• Law degree (Titulado en Derecho).
• Minimum two years of legal experience in banking, financial institutions, or comparable companies.
• Strong knowledge of civil law and banking regulations.
