Analista de Operaciones – Gestión de Proyectos Inmobiliarios

About the role

UB, a boutique real‑estate development office based in La Paz, is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the operational processes of its property projects. You will work closely with finance, accounting and client‑service teams to ensure efficient service delivery and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on operational processes linked to real‑estate projects.
• Analyse management, cost and performance data, producing reports and metrics for decision makers.
• Coordinate with financial, accounting and internal/external client teams to guarantee service quality.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and the implementation of digital tools.
• Control key performance indicators and ensure timely information flow.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and propose operational enhancements.
• Excellent written and oral communication for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting, especially cost control, budgeting and investment analysis.
• Experience in back‑office operations, service focus and incident resolution (preferred but not mandatory).
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Required skills

• Advanced use of spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with management systems and digital collaborative platforms.
