Analista de Operaciones

About the role

The Operations Analyst will support daily monitoring of operational processes linked to real‑estate projects. You will analyse management, cost and performance data, producing reports and metrics that aid decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on daily operational activities across real‑estate projects.
• Analyse financial, cost and performance information and generate clear reports.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting and client‑service teams to ensure service efficiency and quality.
• Identify and propose improvements to procedures and implement digital tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting, especially cost control, budgeting and investment analysis.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on issue resolution and request follow‑up.
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields.

Required skills

• Advanced use of spreadsheet software (Excel).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
