AI Machine Learning Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, fine‑tune and optimize AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Apply retrieval‑augmented generation techniques and work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Design, deploy and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production‑grade reliability.
• Document model architectures, workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and independently.
