Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its talent acquisition initiatives on a fully remote basis. You will work closely with the recruiting team, operations, and client services to ensure the right candidates are matched with the right opportunities, contributing to the company’s growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions.
• Gather and document profile requirements and job specifications.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify and source potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Desirable: background in IT recruitment.
