About the role

American Chemical, a leading industrial company focused on innovation and quality, is looking for a motivated HR Intern. You will work on‑site in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, supporting the Human Resources team in daily operations and gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, preparing documentation and facilitating introductions.
• Maintain and update personnel databases, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Organize physical and digital employee files, guaranteeing proper documentation management.
• Help coordinate internal training sessions, wellness activities, and internal communications.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for handling documentation and data.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
