HR Business Partner – Strategic People Leader

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic ally to senior business leaders, aligning people strategy with overall business objectives. This role focuses on driving performance, growth, and a future‑ready culture through data‑informed HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to co‑create and execute people strategies that support business goals.
• Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability development.
• Lead org‑design initiatives, restructuring, and role‑clarity projects to enhance agility.
• Diagnose organizational health and implement solutions to boost productivity and collaboration.
• Build leadership pipelines, succession plans, and coach managers on performance management and team effectiveness.
• Drive a high‑performance culture through robust performance management, feedback loops, and cultural stewardship.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, identify skill gaps, and champion reskilling/upskilling programs.
• Monitor employee engagement, use survey and attrition data to drive targeted actions, and promote inclusion, well‑being and belonging.
• Leverage HR analytics to predict trends, report key metrics and support data‑driven decision making.
• Support large‑scale transformation initiatives, act as change agent, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR advisory role.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead organizational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives.
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, high‑performance cultures.
