Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and clients. Working remotely, you will act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, supporting both technical and non‑technical openings.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and soft‑skills fit.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges and assessments.
• Serve as the liaison between candidates and clients during interviews and provide feedback.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate information to the staffing team for optimal allocation.
