Sales Executive

About the role

Imcruz, part of the global Inchcape group, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its retail team in Cochabamba, Bolivia. You will be responsible for generating new customer leads, guiding prospects through the sales process, and closing vehicle sales while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new customers through visits, meetings, and other outreach methods.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle models, financing options, and promotional offers.
• Collect and process all required documentation once a customer accepts a deal.
• Close sales in accordance with company policies and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
• Stay updated on product lines, payment options, and sales tools to improve conversion rates.
• Follow up on leads and execute tasks assigned by the New Vehicles Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Proven ability to build and manage a new client portfolio.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using social media for outreach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
