Microsoft Dynamics 365 Admin - Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator specialized in revenue systems (SaaS) to support a remote customer project. You will use your CRM expertise to audit, analyze, and improve operational workflows across CRM and integrated revenue platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts, define business rules, and document operational prompts for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM, billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Document recommended system changes, assess impact on related tools, and provide governance insights.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Familiarity with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross‑system data reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
