Ejecutivo Comercial – Gestión de cuentas corporativas

About the role

Cocoa Latam is looking for a Commercial Executive to support its strategic corporate clients, build long‑term relationships and help them extract maximum value from the platform. The role combines sales, customer success and project coordination in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic corporate accounts.
• Support the implementation and launch of new customers.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups and identify growth opportunities within each account.
• Coordinate requirements with Cocoa’s Product, Technology and Operations teams.
• Assist with trainings, activations and new feature roll‑outs for clients.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date and track commercial opportunities.
• Analyze results and propose actions to improve adoption, usage and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial, Customer Success, Business Development or similar roles.
• Background working with B2B corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, autonomous and able to handle multiple accounts and projects.
• Proactive, results‑oriented commercial mindset.
• Comfort with digital products and collaboration with technology teams.
