Sales Development Representative - LATAM Based

About the role

Huzzle connects B2B sales professionals with global companies in the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. This is a full-time, independent contractor position based in Latin America, working remotely with client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Research target accounts and personalise outreach to decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling or appointment setting.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment; highly organised, target-driven and resourceful.
• Experience selling to North American or European markets is a plus.

Required skills

• CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Apollo or Salesloft.
• Outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
