About the role

We are looking for a junior Commercial Network Assistant to drive the expansion of our nationwide sales network. The role combines field work with data‑driven decision making and requires deep knowledge of sports and related businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Map the market and identify key actors by region.
• Generate on‑site activations and recruit new partners.
• Negotiate and close agreements with commercial partners.
• Design strategies to attract high‑volume profiles.
• Monitor network performance using KPIs and produce strategic reports.
• Identify geographic expansion opportunities and competitive weaknesses.
• Propose incentive schemes and loyalty programs.

Required profile

• Experience developing commercial networks or indirect sales channels.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Strategic mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
• High autonomy, initiative and willingness to work in the field.
• Passion for football and all related business sectors (mandatory).
• Open to travel across cities and regions.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Familiarity with Notion.
• Familiarity with Trello.
