About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will ensure a positive experience for candidates while supporting an efficient recruitment process for BairesDev and its clients.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with candidates, follow up on their process and maintain engagement.
Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes and interview evaluations.
Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience and fit.
Coordinate interviews, coding challenges, tests and assessments.
Gather and share candidate information to help the Staffing team make informed decisions.

Required profile

Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport with candidates.
Advanced level of English.
