Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist

About the role

The Utility Interconnections Specialist focuses on accurate data entry and document uploads across multiple utility provider portals. The role supports the conditional approval and post‑installation agreement stages of utility projects, ensuring timely and error‑free submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Enter project data into five to six different utility portals, typically 15–30 minutes per project during the conditional approval phase.
• Upload construction‑related data and required documents for post‑installation agreements, averaging 40 minutes per project.
• Maintain organized digital records of all submissions and ensure completeness for prompt approval.
• Verify the accuracy of all entries and follow structured processes to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently on repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity in navigating online portals.
