Program Associate – Resilience Coordinator

About the role

The Programme Associate – Resilience Coordinator will support the Programme Unit in planning, implementing and monitoring resilience initiatives that enhance livelihoods, climate adaptation and market access. Working under the direct supervision of the Programme Manager, the role contributes to the delivery of high‑quality humanitarian programmes aligned with WFP policies and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, implementation and follow‑up of programme unit processes, ensuring alignment with WFP policies, strategies and procedures.
• Manage and monitor the operational execution of resilience projects, guaranteeing compliance with objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate the formalisation, implementation and monitoring of agreements with cooperating partners and implementing agencies, including review of technical and budget proposals, preparation of contractual documentation and results monitoring.
• Provide technical assistance for interventions related to livelihoods, climate adaptation, productive strengthening, market access and programme‑based approaches.
