About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will build and maintain a warm pipeline of pre‑evaluated candidates for A2O Dev, ensuring rapid staffing for new service deliveries and fast‑fail replacements. The role works closely with Marketing and Practice Leads to align sourcing strategies with the company’s async‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously source, pre‑validate and maintain a database of candidates ready for immediate placement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted attraction content for tech communities.
• Conduct cultural and soft‑skill screening calls to ensure alignment with A2O Dev values.
• Filter CVs, coordinate technical tests, and schedule live test defenses with Practice Leads.
• Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and manage onboarding to embed contributors in the core ideology within 1‑2 days.
• Perform periodic check‑ins, off‑boarding, and retrospectives to refine the recruitment pipeline.

Required profile

• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR Management or related field, with strong experience in the tech/IT sector.
• Proven ability to identify talent through behavioral patterns, autonomy, accountability and proactive communication.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English (B2+) for evaluating communication skills.
• Nice‑to‑have: prior IT recruitment experience, knowledge of employer branding, familiarity with contractor payment platforms (Deel, Payoneer, Meru).

Required skills

• Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and GitHub.
• Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Ability to track recruitment workflow using Jira tickets and Google Drive.
