About the role

Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will be quick‑thinking, comfortable making independent decisions, and able to resolve customer issues without relying on scripted responses.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve customer problems, offering practical solutions.
• Take ownership of each customer situation from start to resolution.
• Handle complaints, delays, refunds, order issues, and escalations.
• Apply good judgment to reach fair outcomes for both customers and the company.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with U.S. customers.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and calmness under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
