Account Manager – eCommerce Client Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of U.S.-based eCommerce clients. You will translate client goals into actionable plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure high satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Translate client objectives into clear action plans for internal marketing, creative, and operations teams.
• Coordinate deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Lead regular check‑ins and business reviews, reporting performance and next steps.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities to increase client engagement.
• Proactively resolve client concerns and manage expectations.
• Monitor account health metrics, flagging risks early to prevent churn.
• Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and communication records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent account management or client services experience with U.S.-based companies.
• Experience working with U.S. eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Strong relationship‑management and client communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical abilities and fluent English communication.
