Young Professional IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

This position is an excellent entry point for a career in talent acquisition within a global technology company. You will support the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, developing sourcing and interviewing skills while working remotely alongside experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Post jobs, source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms, and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
